Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.
We are now hiring a Full-Time Therap Administrator in Newtown, PA. The Therap Administrator oversees all aspects of the Therap Electronic Record System. This person will ensure all modules are fully functional and stay abreast of system upgrades and enhancements. The Therap Administrator will partner with executive leaders on utilization and provide high level reporting to identify trends and areas for development. Additionally, this person will manage a team to maintain the Therap system and provide end users with operational and training support.
Responsibilities
Monitor system to ensure operational and security integrity
Communicate system updates, notifications, and developments
Respond to requests for information, assistance, and support
Act as a liaison between the agency and Therap
Ensure the delivery of effective training to build user competency
Provide individual or group training programs either in person or remote
Participate in needs analysis studies to determine training needs within organization
Select or develop testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training
Revise design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness
Develop implementation strategies, benchmarks, and targeted outcomes
Assist with updates to agency policies and procedures related to Electronic Medical Records
Ensure consistency of use and implementation across the organization
Analyze data and communicates trends and areas of development to executive leaders
Identify areas where system or process improvements are possible, then collaborate with executive leaders to develop quality improvement plans
Conduct periodic visits to regional offices and offers support in meeting quality objectives and benchmarks
Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field plus one to two years related experience, or high school diploma and seven to ten years related experience
Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the Therap system with an emphasis on leveraging oversight functions
Therap trainer certification preferred
Experience in enterprise level project management, preferably with a technology related initiative
Expertise in Excel, including use of formulas to interpret data, creating charts and graphs, and analyzing data
Experience with or working knowledge of Quality and Performance Improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions
Ability to work independently, identify areas of need, research solutions, problem solve, and take initiative without direction
