Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. 
We are actively seeking an experienced Program Development Associate in Southeast, PA. The Program Development Associate will serve as a pivotal member of the organization who will be 
expected to market to Support Coordination agencies throughout the state of Pennsylvania. 
Responsibilities
  • Successfully market to OVR offices throughout Pennsylvania 
  • Develop relationships with school districts for STEP contracts
  • Grow the business contracts for new jobs for the individuals served
  • Grow volunteer sites for CPS services
  • Support regions with new development by helping support the team with advocating and 
    marketing for new referrals
  • Assist with hiring processes, initial interviews, and onboarding
  • Be an active member as a part of the intake process for individuals for CPS and Supported 
    Employment
  • Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or 
    investigation
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, 
    central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • ACRE certified
  • Strong written/verbal skills
