Life at Community Options

Direct Care

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, and Home Health Aides to join our team. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are frontline workers who support people with disabilities. DSPs assist and engage individuals with their daily living and independence skills.

Management

Our team of managers maintain high quality programs in accordance with the mission statement. Management positions include operations, administration, and compliance. We are looking for experienced professionals to serve in roles such as Program Managers, Residential Directors, Executive Directors, and many more!

Nursing

Our team of nurses deliver care to people with disabilities in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. We are always seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team.

Clinical

Community Options' Positive Options team utilizes positive behavior supports and trauma informed care to provide support to individuals.
